Highlands Alternative Capital Advisors has relationships with many different lending sources. This provides us the ability to access any given situation and plot the best possible solution available. We do not work with a single type of finance product and try to fit a square peg into a round hole.
When a banking client goes into workout or is turned down for a line of credit or other loan, the bank refers that client to Highlands Alternative Capital Advisors. We work directly with the client to gather information and brainstorm the best solution to their current situation.
Once we have an appropriate game plan, we craft a submission to the lenders. This tells the client’s story in the best light. We then “go to market” and shop for the best solution to the clients current funding need.
We always encourage and persuade the client to continue to build the relationship with you their current bank. We keep reminding them that you helped find them an alternative. We remind them that once their circumstances improve and their balance sheet gets healthier, they will be coming back to you to continue a more traditional banking relationship.
